Managing Your Workspace Plan on SeeVee

Manage, change, or cancel their plan.

Workspace admins on SeeVee can easily manage, change, or cancel their plan right from the Settings page.

How to Access Billing Settings

  1. Click your workspace logo in the top-left corner of any page.

  2. From the dropdown, select Settings.

  3. Navigate to the Billing tab.

From here, you can:

  • Review credit usage

  • See your current billing plan

  • Access your billing portal

  • Download past invoices

  • Upgrade or downgrade your plan

  • Cancel your plan

Update Billing Info or Cancel

You have two options to cancel:

  1. Via Billing Portal

    • Click Access Billing Portal

    • From there, you can update your billing information or cancel your plan directly

  2. Via Billing Tab

    • Scroll to the bottom of the Billing tab

    • Click Cancel Plan

Note: Canceling your plan will restrict access to your workspace, including interviews, insights, and scores. You can resubscribe at any time under the same workspace to regain access.

Upgrading or Downgrading Plans

Under the “Choose your plan” section in the Billing tab, you can switch to a different plan with just one click.

Discounts

Any available discounts will be shown only inside the billing portal.
