At a glance: Open any row on Applications to see a side panel with tabs: Application (tailored resume and cover letter when you’ve created them, plus job details), and Threads (email conversations linked to that job). Use Jobs and People and contacts on a job when you need the full contact tools for a role.
Application tab: documents and role details
The Application tab shows collapsible sections for your resume and cover letter when SeeVee has tailored versions for that job. You can expand each section to preview and use download where available. If you haven’t generated documents yet, you’ll see a short note to create them from the job view using the document editor.
Below that you’ll find job details—salary (when we have it), location, work style, job type, and when you applied—plus the full job description with show more / show less.
Threads tab: email with the company
The Threads tab lists email threads associated with that application. We sync your connected inbox so replies and follow-ups show in context. Open a thread to read messages the same way you would in Outreach. If something looks missing, make sure your email is connected in Settings and give sync a moment to catch up.
Contacts and outreach
For finding people, revealing email, and starting sequences, use the Jobs page and open the job there—see People and contacts on a job and Email someone about a job you saved. Applications is optimized for what you already submitted and the conversations around it.
Activity hints on the list
Some rows show small icons for outreach effort—for example whether a tailored resume is in play, referral activity, or counts of email or LinkedIn touches. They’re a quick read on how much you’ve engaged, not a requirement for every application.
