At a glance: The Documents tab controls how tailored resume and cover letter PDFs look when you generate or download them from a job—things like style preset, one page mode for resumes, font, margins, font size, and line spacing. Save your choices with the button in that section. This does not replace editing your profile on the Resume page—it formats the output document.
Resume styling
Pick a resume style preset to adjust section emphasis and formatting defaults. Turn on One page if you want us to condense the layout to a single printed page. Then tune font, margins, size, and spacing to match your taste or employer expectations.
Cover letter
Cover letters use the same kind of formatting controls so PDFs look consistent with your resume when you send a set together.
Where these PDFs come from
When you tailor documents from a job, we apply these settings to the generated files. Your underlying content still comes from your Resume data and the job-specific edits you make in the document flow.
