What it does
When turned ON:
Your profile and any interviews you’ve set to public will be discoverable in the database.
Recruiters will also be able to view your active applications.
When turned OFF:
Your profile, public interviews, and applications are hidden from recruiters.
You will not appear in recruiter searches or active application lists.
Best practice
We recommend switching this on only when you’re actively looking for work. Keeping it on all the time may cause confusion with recruiters if you’re not currently available.
Where to find it
You can toggle the Available for Work switch anytime from your home page.
