At a glance: On Applications, use sort pills for Date, Star, Job, Company, or Status. Toggle Archive to review archived rows or return to Active. Select one or many rows to star, unstar, archive, or restore in bulk. Long lists split across pages of 20.
Sorting
Tap a sort to order the list. Tap again to reverse direction. Date is usually most recent first; Star helps favorites float up; Job and Company are alphabetical; Status groups similar pipeline stages together.
Star favorites
Star roles you’re actively working or don’t want to lose in a long list. Starred jobs show a star on the row. Use bulk actions to star or unstar several at once.
Archive and restore
Archive hides applications from your main view without deleting them—great for old rejections or roles you’re done with. Use the Archive / Active toggle to switch views. From the archived view, select rows and Restore to bring them back to the active list.
Selecting rows and bulk actions
Use the checkbox on each row (or Select all for the current page) to choose multiple applications. A bottom bar appears with Star, Unstar, Archive, or Restore depending on which view you’re in.
Pagination
Lists show 20 applications per page. Use the pager at the bottom to move forward and back; the header shows which slice you’re viewing (for example “Showing 1–20 of 45”).
List updates
Your applications list can refresh when data changes—for example after you apply, archive, or when new email activity affects a row.
