At a glance: On the Pending tab, sort by Importance, Due date, or Type. Select one or more rows to mark complete, dismiss, or—when every selected task qualifies—approve and send several outreach email drafts at once. Sorting and bulk actions apply to the work you’re actively managing, not the completed history tab.
Importance
Puts the most time-sensitive or conversation-critical items—especially things that look like replies waiting on you—ahead of other work, then orders the rest by due date and recency.
Due date
Surfaces tasks with a due date first (soonest first). Items without a date appear after dated ones.
Type
Groups similar work together—typically email-style tasks first, then LinkedIn, then application-style questions, then other types—so you can batch your mental mode.
Selecting rows
Use the checkbox on each row to build a selection. When at least one row is selected, a bottom bar appears with actions that apply to everything you’ve checked.
Complete vs dismiss
Complete means you finished the work the task described. Dismiss removes it from your pending list when you’re intentionally skipping or closing it without doing the step—use whichever matches what actually happened.
Bulk approve and send (outreach emails only)
Approve & send appears only when every selected task is an Outreach email review with both a subject and body filled in. If you mix in other task types or empty drafts, use single-task actions or narrow your selection. This matches the rules described in Review emails before they go out.
