Open a task and work it to the end

Detail panel, navigation, complete/dismiss/send; completed read-only; refresh.

At a glance: Tap a task row to open a side panel with full instructions and actions. Use previous and next arrows to move between tasks in your current list. From here you can complete, dismiss, approve and send (for email reviews), or submit answers when the task asks for them. On the Completed tab, opening a task is read-only—for reviewing what you already did.

Working in the detail panel

The panel shows the task title, any linked company or job context, and the body of the work—draft email, question text, LinkedIn hints, and so on. Actions at the bottom depend on the task type; follow the labels on the buttons for that specific step.

Moving between tasks

When you have several pending items, arrows let you step through the same sorted list you see on the page without closing the panel each time—handy for clearing a batch of similar tasks.

Finishing the right way

  • Use Approve & send when you’re ready for SeeVee to send the email as shown.

  • Use Complete when you’ve done the work outside the app or the task doesn’t need a send button.

  • Use Dismiss when you’re consciously skipping this step.

Completed tab is read-only

Switch to Completed to review past tasks. You can open them for context, but you won’t change history from there—new work always shows up under Pending.

When the list looks stale

Tasks usually update when something changes on our side. If a row doesn’t match what you expect, refresh the page or check back shortly—especially if you just connected email or finished something in another tab.
