Types of tasks and what each needs from you

Review email, replies, LinkedIn, application questions, custom; source badges.

At a glance: Tasks can ask you to review or send an email, reply to someone, complete LinkedIn steps, answer an application question, or handle a custom to-do. Each row shows a small source badge—Outreach, Email, or Custom—so you know where it came from. Open any task to see exactly what to do.

Review and send email

These tasks usually include a draft subject and body for you to read, tweak, and approve. They often come from an Outreach sequence. Until you’re happy with the message, the send may wait on you—see Review emails before they go out for the full flow.

Replies and messages that need you

Some tasks highlight when someone is waiting on your reply or when an email thread looks actionable. Handling them from Tasks keeps follow-ups from going stale.

LinkedIn steps

You may see steps such as connecting, sending a message, or following a profile. The task explains the intent; complete the action where it makes sense (often on LinkedIn), then mark the task done in SeeVee if that’s how your workflow is set up.

Application questions

When a role asks for a specific answer or choice, SeeVee may surface that as a task so you can submit your response in one place.

Custom tasks

Anything you add with Add Task is yours to phrase and complete—great for one-off reminders that aren’t tied to a sequence.
