At a glance: When a sequence needs your input before we send, you’ll see a task on the Tasks page. Read the draft, edit it if you want, then approve or send. You can also send several outreach emails at once—but only when every selected task is the same kind of “review this email” task and each one already has a subject and message.
Finding your outreach tasks
Open Tasks and stay on Pending for work you haven’t finished.
Tasks from your sequences are labeled so you can tell them apart from other reminders.
Tap a task to see the full draft and context (job, contact, and thread when we have it).
Reviewing and sending one email
Open the task.
Read the suggested subject and message. If we couldn’t generate a full draft, you’ll see a short note and a starter you can replace—write what you actually want to send.
Edit the text so it sounds like you and matches the situation.
Use the button to approve or send when you’re ready (wording may vary slightly in the app).
Sending several at once (“Approve & send”)
Select multiple tasks in the list. The bulk send option only appears when all of these are true:
Every selected item is an email review task from a sequence (not a random task you added yourself).
Each one already has a non-empty subject and non-empty message body.
If you don’t see bulk send, remove LinkedIn steps, custom tasks, or any row missing a subject or body—then try again.
LinkedIn steps
For connect or message steps, we’ll usually give you shortcuts—like opening their profile, copying suggested text, and a button to mark the step done after you’ve done the work in LinkedIn.
If a batch action partly fails
Read the message we show you, refresh Tasks, and finish any items that didn’t go through—one at a time if needed.
