At a glance: SeeVee starts preparing your job matches in the background once you’ve completed the early setup steps—through relocation / where you’re willing to work—not only at the very end of the wizard. That way matches can be ready (or already loading) while you finish the remaining questions. If your list still looks empty, give it a short time or check that your resume and job preferences aren’t overly narrow.
Why the first steps matter most for matches
Resume, location, target job titles, arrangement preference, employment type, and relocation together tell us what to search for and where. The product walks you through these in order; you don’t need to memorize field names here—follow the on-screen prompts.
After those early steps
Later screens refine your profile and preferences but aren’t the same gate for kicking off the initial fetch. You’ll still benefit from completing them for better fit and outreach context.
If jobs feel slow or sparse
Broaden titles or locations slightly, ensure your resume imported cleanly, and visit Jobs after setup completes. For how matching works, see How we find jobs for you and What your fit score means.
