At a glance: Network is where you find and reach the people behind any role—not just one job on your feed. It has three tabs: Search (look up people for any company and title, even an ad‑hoc role), Targets (employers you want to prioritize), and Revealed (the contacts you’ve unlocked, grouped by company). Network and the people on a single job work together—same data, different starting points.
When to use Network vs. a single job
If you’re looking at a specific posting from Jobs, the People and contacts on a job panel is the fastest path. Use Network when you want to start from a company and a title instead of a posting—say you want to email recruiters at a target employer, prep a referral ask before a role goes up, or research who hires for a function across several companies.
The three tabs
1. Search
Tell us the company name and the job title you’re pursuing. We return a short list of people who are closest to that decision—likely hiring managers, leadership, recruiters, and peers. Advanced options (job URL, job description, person location, company URL) refine matching and unlock outreach sequencing for the contacts you find.
2. Targets
Target companies are employers you want to prioritize. Adding one pushes its roles up your Jobs feed (with the Targets sort) and gives you a one‑click Find contacts button right from the target row. You can add a target from Search, the Targets tab, or any company profile page.
3. Revealed
The Revealed tab is your address book of unlocked contacts—grouped by company, with their email and LinkedIn available to copy. Use the company filter when the list gets long.
Same data as a job, different angle
People you discover from Network are the same kind of records that show up in the people panel on a job—same categories (manager, leadership, recruiter, peer), same reveal flow. If you start in Network for a posting that already exists on your feed, we link the work back to that job so outreach and threads stay connected.
What you need before you start
Searching and adding targets work right away. To reveal contact details, your plan needs reveal credits—open Settings → Account for plan and billing. To start outreach from a contact, connect Gmail or Outlook in Settings so messages can sync and send.
