Search contacts for any role you're pursuing

Company + title, advanced options, role categories, filter by role, edit/reset.

At a glance: Use the Search tab on Network to find people for any company and any title—even before a posting hits your feed. Pick a company from the dropdown so we resolve it cleanly, enter the job title you’re pursuing, and we return the people most likely to make the call. Add a job description in Advanced options to unlock outreach sequencing on the results.

Run a search in two fields

The only required fields are Company name and Job title I am pursuing. Start typing the company and pick a match from the dropdown so we attach the right employer—if you can’t find it in the list, you can still type the name manually and we’ll do our best to resolve it, but matched picks produce stronger results.

Advanced options that actually help

Open Advanced options when you have any of the following—each one improves matching, and the Job description field also unlocks outreach for the contacts you find:

  • Link to job listing — the posting URL helps us link the search to a real role and (when on your feed) re-use existing context.

  • Job description — paste the posting text. Required for outreach sequencing to start from these results.

  • Contact location — narrow to people based in a specific city or region.

  • Company URL — useful when the company name alone is ambiguous (think “Apex” or “Atlas”).

How the result list is organized

We show a single company header at the top with the logo, industry, and approximate employee count we have on file. Below it is a ranked list of contacts, sorted by relevance to the role you typed. Each card is tagged with a role categorylikely manager, leadership, recruiter, peer, or other—so you can scan by who they are, not just by name.

Filter by role

Above the results, the Filter by role chips let you focus on just recruiters, just likely managers, or any combination. Click All to clear filters. Counts next to each chip are based on the current search, so you always know how many contacts each filter would surface.

“Couldn’t match this employer”

If we can’t resolve the company to a real employer in our directory, the results card swaps for a hint to add a company URL or job posting link in Advanced options. The most common fix is dropping in the company’s homepage and re-running the search.

Edit, reset, or run a new search

Once you have results, use Edit search to tweak fields and re-run, or New search to clear the form and start fresh. The result panel stays put while you make changes so you don’t lose context.
