At a glance: Open Settings → Subscription in SeeVee, then click into the billing portal our billing provider hosts. Inside the portal you can change card, switch interval, change tier, or cancel. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period—you keep your access (and remaining credits) until then.
Get to the billing portal
Click your profile menu → Settings → Subscription (or the plan block under your avatar). The page shows your current tier and usage, with a Manage billing button that opens our provider’s portal in a new tab. Sign-in there is automatic—we pre-authenticate via your SeeVee session.
Update your payment method
In the portal, look for Payment methods and add or replace your card. Changes apply to the next invoice; if a charge failed recently you may also see a prompt to retry the most recent attempt with the new card.
Switch billing interval (weekly ↔ monthly)
From the portal, open your subscription and pick the new interval. We prorate the difference—any unused time on your current plan is credited against the next charge. Reveal credit rollover and the Auto‑Apply reset cadence shift to the new interval automatically.
Switch tier (Starter / Standard / Plus)
Same surface: change your plan inside the portal. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades typically take effect at the next renewal so you keep what you already paid for. The Settings → Subscription page reflects the change once your provider notifies us.
Cancel
Click Cancel subscription in the portal. Cancellation is set for the end of your current period—you keep using your plan (including remaining credits) until then. To stop access immediately, contact [email protected] and we can end the period early.
Restart after cancelling
If you change your mind before the period ends, undo the cancel in the portal. Once the period has actually ended, the subscription is gone—starting again is a fresh subscription via the Subscription page in Settings.
What about reveal credits I had?
Reveal credits accumulated on a plan stay on your account until used—they don’t expire when a subscription ends. Auto‑Apply credits do reset with the billing period, so a cancellation that lapses without renewal won’t carry an Auto‑Apply balance forward.
