At a glance: Every charge SeeVee makes lives in our billing provider’s portal—open it from Settings → Subscription. The portal lists each invoice with date, amount, status (paid, open, refunded), and a PDF you can download for your records. The portal is also where you’ll update billing email, VAT/tax IDs, and billing address.
Open the portal
Click Manage billing on the Subscription page in SeeVee Settings. The provider portal opens in a new tab and signs you in automatically using your SeeVee session.
Find an invoice
The Invoices section lists all charges in reverse-chronological order. Each row has:
Date the invoice was issued.
Amount and the currency we charged.
Status — paid, open (awaiting payment), uncollectible, refunded.
Download for the PDF.
What’s on the invoice
Each invoice shows the subscription line—the plan and the period it covers—plus any prorations applied (e.g. when you switch interval or tier mid-period). Tax is broken out separately if your billing address is in a region we collect tax for.
Billing email and tax info
By default invoices are sent to the email on your SeeVee account. To change the address (e.g. to send to an accounts inbox), open Billing details in the portal and update the billing email. The same screen carries the VAT / tax ID and billing address fields.
Failed payments
If a charge fails, the invoice stays in open status. The portal usually retries automatically over a few days; you can also click Pay on the invoice to retry immediately, with a new card if needed. We pause Auto‑Apply requests while a charge is open—reveal continues to work against existing rollover balance.
Refunds
If you need a refund (for example after a duplicate charge or an accidental upgrade), email [email protected]. We can issue the refund through the same provider; once issued, the invoice status changes to refunded in the portal within a few minutes.
