Learn how to review and manage applicants after they’ve completed a SeeVee interview.

How to Review Applicants

Once applicants complete their SeeVee interview, their profiles will automatically start appearing under the job they applied for. Here’s how to review them:


1. Open the Job from the Interviews Page

  1. Go to your Interviews page

  2. Click on the job you’d like to review

  3. You’ll see a list of all applicants who have completed the interview

Each applicant is displayed with a Match Score—a number that reflects how well their responses and resume align with the job description. The score is AI-generated based on the job’s requirements.


2. Navigate Between Applicant Lists

At the top of the job view, you’ll find three tabs:

  • All Applicants – Everyone who has applied and completed the interview

  • Shortlisted – Applicants you’ve marked for further consideration

  • Rejected – Applicants you’ve decided not to move forward with

Click on any tab to filter applicants by status.


3. Open and Explore Applicant Profiles

Clicking on a candidate opens a slide-out panel with detailed insights and information about the applicant. Here you can review:

  • A summary of their Match Score

  • Their full interview(s) and key moments pulled from the responses

  • Their resume (if provided)

  • A breakdown of:

    • Skills

    • Work Experience

    • Education

    • Projects

    • Certifications

    • Press features and more

Use the arrow buttons at the top to move quickly between applicants.


4. Take Action

From the applicant’s profile view, you can:

  • Shortlist them for the next stage

  • Reject them

  • Contact them directly

  • Leave a star rating to track your evaluation

These tools make it easy to keep your hiring pipeline organized and collaborative.
